Classroom FAQ
What items does your program provide?
You can cross “remember to bring diapers and wipes” off your list! We will provide these items, so you have one less thing to worry about. Once your child can eat solid foods, we will provide breakfast, AM and PM snack along with lunch. No need to bring infant spoons, sippy cups, bibs, bowls, utensils, crib or cot sheets as we have you covered!
Will there be an opportunity for my child to go outside?
What schedule do you follow for my infant?
Our infant program is individualized to meet your child’s particular needs in a warm and affectionate manner. Because infants are fed, changed, and laid to sleep on demand, the daily routine must be flexible to meet the children’s needs. Children will have opportunities to go outdoors twice a day, weather permitting, and enjoy all that nature has to offer.
How do you keep parents up to date on their child’s day?
Wondering what your child has been up to all day? Thanks to the Brightwheel app, you can check in on your child’s activities, easily communicate with their teachers, browse photos, and download daily progress reports.
What happens when my child moves up to the next room?
We like to make the transition to the next group as easy as possible. To ensure it is a smooth transition, children get the opportunity to meet the next teaching team and explore the environment.
What is your ratio?
The ratio in our infant/toddler program for the state is 1 to 4, but due to the demand of infants we keep a ratio of 1 to 3 so we can provide high quality care for each child.
Where will my child nap?
Infants will have their own crib, allowing them to sleep based off their individual schedule. When they turn a year old, they will transition from a crib to a toddler cot and usually have one nap in the afternoon. However, they can sleep at any time of the day if needed until they reach that transition period to one nap a day.
